As someone who loves what she does in holistic communications, I see so much value in how we align what we say, what we believe, and how we act. Your post reminds people that getting going again isn’t just physical it’s emotional, mental, spiritual too.

Thank you for this. Starting my business has been so much slower than I expected. Then, I moved my family across the country this summer and things stalled even more.

I’ve been beating myself up - not consciously, but in the background. This is the second message I’ve gotten today that having empathy for myself is the key.

Thank you for commenting Kristy! I think for many of us starting our business is much slower than we had hoped. I know that feeling of frustration and impatience well! Empathy for yourself is indeed the key ✨

I often crash after a launch or event. I out so much into it and then after I struggle to get going again. It happened this week after I hit publish on a PDF I worked hard on finishing. It will happen next month after my retreat. These ideas are helpful!

When I feel overwhelmed by everything I (supposedly) have to do, I take a look at this post-it note. It helps me to go through a long list step by step and, above all, to put things into perspective en set priorities:

**Should** I do this now?

Should **I** do this now?

Should I **do** this now?

Should I do **this** now?

Should I do this **now**?

That's an excellent process Ine--I love how each word in that sentence leads to a (different) reflection. Thank you for sharing!
