Ahhhh, this whole piece felt like a delicious exhale I didn't know I needed. As someone who is learning to do things on her own terms, the points you made really resonate. If something doesn't light me up, I will not do it. I remember "wanting" to hold a winter Solstice circle. I announced it and immediately after realised that I rushed it from my mind. It wasn't lighting me up the way my upcoming New Moon circle is. But it can also be hard to say those no's because of lack of trust. Yet, my own data has shown me that it is the no's that create space for the yes's. Thank you for your wisdom. ❤️
I love the tip about accepting yourself right now. I beat myself up too much about not being productive enough, not healthy enough (especially with all the New Year! chatter). Thank you for being a gentle of voice reason.
You're very welcome Laura! The New Year chatter can be very loud indeed and distracting from how you are already doing enough and being enough just as you are ❤️
I've made notes and now am journalling the answers to work out how my new business can suit my life, my body, my mind and focus. Thank you!
You're very welcome Faith, I'm happy that my words are supportive to you :)

Thank you for your beautiful words Silvia :) I know just what you mean with your example and indeed, the no’s create the space for the yes’s ❤️

How do you feel about starting new things? What helps you and which of my suggestions resonated with you?
