Two weeks from today the doors to my gentle marketing programme Grow reopen—first for waitlist subscribers and 72 hours later for everyone. I’m very excited! And slightly nervous.

I thought I’d take you along with me as I’m prepping this launch, sharing practicalities and feelings along the way.

Making a plan

I can’t wrap my head around a biggish thing like a launch without a detailed plan. Ironically, while I love having an overview and steps to tick off, seeing the whole thing can also make me feel overwhelmed.

I especially felt like I hit a bit of a bottleneck last week when a mental crisis led to a day of not being able to do much other than rest. And I kept having this list in the back of my mind.

This is what about four-fifths of my plan looks like—it’s very detailed, but at least this way I can split big tasks up into smaller ones, and feel like I haven’t forgotten anything:
